The Ireland Information Memorandum 2009, which contains a forward by the Minister for Finance, Mr. Brian Lenihan, T.D., is concerned mainly with the NTMA's core activities of funding and debt management and the economic background to them. It contains much information and statistical data of interest to investors and others, with sections on the main economic developments, the public finances and debt management. It also outlines the additional functions which have been assigned to the NTMA in recent years. The memorandum contains six appendices:
