Figures are estimates, as of January 2024. Rounding may affect totals.

      1. In the Funding Sources column, €8bn is reflected indicatively for bonds as it is the mid-point of the €6bn to €10bn bond funding range announced for 2024 on 30 November 2023.

      2. Net Short-Term Paper (STP) outflows are primarily related to the expected dissolution of the National Reserve Fund and transfer of funds to the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund.

      3. EBR is the Budget 2024 estimate of the 2024 Exchequer Borrowing Requirement, which is forecast to be in surplus.
