Ireland - €2bn no-grow tap of October-43 Green Benchmark – Mandate Announcement

12 May 2026 - Ireland, acting through the National Treasury Management Agency, rated Moody's Aa3 (Positive), Standard and Poor's AA+ (Stable), Fitch Ratings AA (Stable), has mandated BofA Securities, Citi, Danske Bank, Davy, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan as joint lead managers for a forthcoming €2bn no-grow tap of its 18 October 2043 Green Benchmark. The proceeds will be used in accordance with the Irish Sovereign Green Bond (ISGB) framework.

The transaction is expected to be launched and priced in the near future subject to market conditions. FCA/ICMA stabilisation. The Manufacturer target market for the Bonds is professional, retail and eligible counterparties (all channels for distribution), each as defined in MiFID II/UK MiFIR.
