NTMA to auction two bonds on 13 July 2017

10 July 2017 - The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 13 July 2017. There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

  • Bonds to be auctioned: 0.8% Treasury Bond 2022 and 2.0% Treasury Bond 2045
  • Auction size: €750 million
  • Auction opens: 8:00 a.m.
  • Auction closes: 10:00 a.m.
  • Settlement Date: 17 July 2017

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Friday 14 July 2017.
