NTMA to hold bond auction on 11th July 2019

8 July 2019 – The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 11th July 2019. There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

  • Bond to be auctioned: 1.1% Treasury Bond 2029 and 1.3% Treasury Bond 2033
  • Auction size: €1,000 million
  • Auction opens: 8:00 a.m.
  • Auction closes: 10:00 a.m.
  • Settlement Date: 15th July 2019

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 15th July 2019.
