NTMA to hold scheduled bond auction on 12th September 2024

9 September 2024 – The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 12th September 2024. This will be the final bond auction in 2024.

There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

Bonds to be auctioned:

1.35% Treasury Bond 2031 and

2.6% Treasury Bond 2034

Auction size:

€1,000 million

Auction opens:

8:00 a.m.

Auction closes:

10:00 a.m.

Settlement Date:

16th September 2024

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 16th September 2024.
