NTMA to hold scheduled bond auction on 21 March 2024

19 March 2024 - The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 21 March 2024. There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

Bonds to be auctioned:

2.6% Treasury Bond 2034 and

3.0% Treasury Bond 2043

Auction size:

€1,000 million

Auction opens:

8:00 a.m.

Auction closes:

10:00 a.m.

Settlement Date:

25 March 2024

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 25 March 2024.
