Hybrid Working @NTMA
Our vision it to create a working environment that is purposeful, flexible and digital that will successfully deliver on the NTMA mandates for the benefit of stakeholders and employees
Our hybrid working model is guided by Principles, Personas and Team Charters, co-created with and by our employees.
This offers our employees an opportunity to collaboratively create teamwork patterns while taking into account the delivery of the NTMA mandates, team requirements and offering flexibility to the greatest extent possible.
We will continue to experiment and iterate our hybrid working model for the duration of 2021 and into 2022 (subject to government guidelines).
In addition to our hybrid working model our Smart Working options offers our employees flexible working options comprise of the following: variable work time, part time work, purchased leave, job sharing and term time.
