Our vision it to create a working environment that is purposeful, flexible and digital that will successfully deliver on the NTMA mandates for the benefit of stakeholders and employees

Our hybrid working model is guided by Principles, Personas and Team Charters, co-created with and by our employees. This offers our employees an opportunity to collaboratively create teamwork patterns while taking into account the delivery of the NTMA mandates, team requirements and offering flexibility to the greatest extent possible.

The NTMA hybrid working model offers a blended working arrangement of up to 3 days a week working from where you work best in the Republic of Ireland.

In addition to our hybrid working model our Smart Working options offers our employees flexible working options comprise of the following: variable work time, part time work, purchased leave, job sharing and term time.
