Inclusion and Diversity

Our Commitment

We are strongly committed to increasing Inclusion and Diversity through advancing knowledge, fostering learning, and engaging with relevant external networks. Our I&D networks are organised by communities of colleagues who work together to drive our progress in Inclusion Diversity.

The NTMA commits to embedding inclusion and diversity within our strategies holistically throughout the years ahead to ensure that the organisation is representative of our society and to ensure that the organisation is one where each person has a true sense of belonging.

LGBT+

Our LGBT+ Network acts as a visible and accessible LGBT+ presence in the NTMA. The initiative focuses on encouraging conversations at all levels of the organisation on LGBT+ topics and to foster a supportive environment for current and future generations of employees who may need guidance or support on LGBT+ related issues.

Our vision is for the NTMA to be a recognised leader on Gender Balance in the Financial Sector. Our mission is to have equality of gender at all levels in the NTMA with a culture of appreciation of gender differences in management and leadership styles.

The Gender Matters Network helps all employees build community and connection, access career and professional development tools, learn from internal and external leaders, role models and experts, and participate in initiatives focused on enhancing the day-to-day lived experience of women in the NTMA.
